Ohio Amish Barn Raising – May 13th, 2014 in 3 Minutes and 30 seconds

My husband, Scott Miller, shot this video with a Canon 60d Camera using a Pixel TW-282/E3 Wireless remote timer set at 20 second intervals. He shot 1600 pictures from 7:00am until 5:00pm and compressed the 10 hours into 3 minutes and 30 seconds. He even took the day off work to help :). The music in this video was found on the free youtube music library. It is a song called Cruisin’, by Scott Vestal, off of the compilation album, Bluegrass ’95. 1. Awesome! We need to send fewer kids to college for indoctrination and teach them some real skills from the Amish! The cooperation and coordination of manpower is inspiring and amazing. I truly enjoyed this. Wonderful!

  2. Incredible the work Amish does had how fast they do it That's what you call working together let these people work for are government things will get done fast not 20 years later

  3. By jingoes, these Amish fellas don’t muck about, do they?
They work harder than a nest of black ants!
    👍👍👍 from Downunder!🇦🇺

  4. ……….the fiddle in the music is very well played with accurate intonation; obviously a proper violinist playing…Where I live here we had the Jehovah witness people build one of their kingdom Halls during a weekend. Interesting it was to watch how it was all done.

  5. Amazing sense of community – someone needs a new barn and everyone in the town lends a hand. If I knocked on my neighbours door and asked him to help me carry my groceries he'd probably tell me to get bent!

  6. Put this on speed 2X
It looks like that family guy episode where the barn house Is destroyed and the amish people keep rebuilding it reallly fast
